553e401fe0 enhanced container list 
Container list has now options for full, kernel and size listing. Without any
arguments only available containers are listed. Size is no more fine granular
showing also size of the image, chroot and compressed image

0aca225ef7 Fixed a bug with profile list when kernelargs are set with 'var=val' 
format. This also removed the unnecessary '--' for the source profile
since it's never used.

45542827dd Remove built images when renaming a container 
Renaming a container causes its images to be abandoned in the previous
name. This causes those images to be removed after a successful rename.

New images can be rebuilt during the rename using the `--build`
argument.

4379c4c18d use grub/shim from host system 
Also the boot method is now configured globaly as this is
the only way to make sure that unkonwn nodes get the right
stuff

45539a0d1f Recursive handling for command line flags 
Every struct in a NodeConf with `lopt:"foo" set is now added as a
command-line flag with the RecursiveCreateFlags call. For maps a struct
with the key UNDEF is added so that it can be parsed out.

As the flags for the command-line need variables which hold the values,
for every map an element map[UNDEF] is added.  When now calling the
internal add, these map element can be filtered out and replace by the
given name. (e.g., --netname)

* rewrote node/profile add for recursive functions
* rewrote node/profile set for recursive functions
* rewrote node/profile list for recursive functions

2094533894 Build fixes for API 
- Updated the linter from 1.50 to 1.53.2 because the previous version
  was falling over (likely OOM).

- Updated protoc build command for newer version of protobuf.

The make command below should work now:

```shell
make clean setup proto all build wwapid wwapic wwapird ; echo $?
```

7b2f278f94 Refactor and fix bugs in syncuids

* SyncUids can now return applicable errors even during showOnly, so
  updated ContainerImport to ignore errors during showOnly.
* Fixed handling of file gids during SyncUids

70292276e2 Rename BaseConf.New to BaseConf.Get 
Since BaseConf.New could return a cached BaseConf, rather than always
constructing a new struct, I've renamed it to Get to more accurately
reflect its use. A new New() method is called by Get and always
initializes a new struct.
