3af2d3afae Update SELinux documentation to address rootfstype=ramfs 
Previous versions of Warewulf v4 required a kernel argument
rootfstype=ramfs to be set, in addition to --root=tmpfs. This was fixed
in #1401.

053dd9953a Split overlays into discrete functionality and test 
- Closes #987

To make the overlays testable in isolation, and after discussion with
the TSC, removed host/time/source from overlay files.

f39972f917 Prevent overlays from being improperly used as format strings 
`wwctl overlay show --render` shows the rendered overlay with
`wwlog.Info`, but that caused it to be processed as a format string.
This passes an explicit format string first, and then includes the
rendered overlay as a variable to the formatter.

- Fixes #1363

64f7b6c5b2 Fix dracut command in docs 
The current command line works correctly only if one kernel is
installed. It picks the oldest if there are multiple, which is rather
unlikely to be correct. Using "tail" instead of "head" would work also,
but --regenerate-all makes it briefer and safer.
