2c52700574 New debug overlay with template 
A new debug overlay template serves as an example of how to access all
template variables which can also be rendered against any node to

4b8141f7c7 Additions to and install staticfiles README 
Building off the work in #581, add additional detail to the staticfiles
README, and install an iPXE README alongside the iPXE files in their
final location.

Closes #189

3ad4b42896 Treat wwapi config files as built versions 
The wwapi*.conf files are build from .in variants, so they should not be
tracked in the tree. Adding them to gitignore prevents them from being
added back in, and adding them to Makefile:clean cleans them up.

423e319bf4 Add --- to the head of FallBackConf 
Why have I done this?

- Because defaults.conf had a starting newline, which bugs me.
- Because moving the first line of FallBackConf looks unlovely.
- Because yaml happens to have a --- document-start syntax.

I completely agree that this is (hopefully) a no-op change;
but if anyone else thinks it makes things aesthetically more
pleasing, and agrees that it doesn't break anything, go ahead
and merge. ^_^

48fe714e8e Use WWCONFIGDIR for all relevant install paths 
Makefile was checking WWCONFIGDIR in some places. In others it was
duplicating the explicit paths that make up WWCONFIGDIR. Here, update
all such references to always use the WWCONFIGDIR macro.

9c3cc59d85 Missing --keep option, older versions of gzip 
Older versions of the `gzip` utility do not understand the `--keep` flag.  If `gzip` is used and initially exits in error with the text "unrecognized option" produced on stderr, use the write-to-stdout behavior for `gzip` and open and attach the desired output file to that command's stdout.
